I am writing this review almost 18 months after purchase. I bought the battery June 2018 for a world tour and it performed beautifully in all conditions. I charged it on some of the worst power grids around the globe and it wasn't till the Philippines when she just couldn't take it anymore and just stopped taking a charge. The battery charged my electrical devices but wouldn't take a charge so while I was in the Philippines I came back on Amazon and researched Upsarg Power Bank warranty. Now, this is my 9th Upsarg Power Bank battery I've purchased from Upsarg Power Bank Direct on Amazon and until now I've never had an issue, not one. I've given them out as gifts and everyone loves them. So, I emailed Upsarg Power Bank with the requested purchase information and after an individual named Julia asked me a few questions a new Upsarg Power Bank Battery was sent to my house in America and arrived exactly one day before I flew in from the Philippines. I can say that Upsarg Power Bank's products are top notch but the real test of a company is do they actually support their warranty . This process was smooth and they even sent follow up emails to make sure that I was happy with my new replacement. I will definitely be buying all my cables, chargers and batteries from Upsarg Power Bank in the future.

I've had this for eight or nine months now. It was purchased mainly to keep my phone and iPod charged while skiing in frigid temps. In hindsight, I should have gone with the single port because it takes up less space and isn't as heavy, but I am still happy with my purchase. Ended up having a crazy awesome winter skiing for weeks at a time (thank you previous employer for firing me!!!) and I did not have to recharge this during the weeks I was gone. That in and of itself sold me.

The company actually sent me a brand new one and I could not believe it!!! I didn’t even have to send the old one back in. I will not buy another one from anywhere else besides Upsarg after this experience. Upsarg, you have a customer for life. I also plan to get these for family members as Christmas presents/stocking stuffers. Never thought about it till they hooked me up!! Batteries come with 18 month warranty! I love how beautiful, slim, and white it is. When others see it they think it’s big but it charges my phone fully at least 5 times. And more if I can stay off my phone long enough to charge.

I did a test with both phones charging from it, however it was overnight, they were left on the charger, and consumed more battery than they normally would if removing after 100%. I believe the battery pack charged both, and depleted after about 1.5 charges apiece on both, but again, they were sitting on the charger all night.

I've seen some other reviews that say this charger stopped working for them after a few months, but that must be a faulty product. I've had my Upsarg Power Bank charger for 1.5 years and it still works like I got it yesterday. I travel quite a bit for work and live in a large city and commute by public transit/foot to work every day. This charger gets a lot of use in my life and has saved me more times than I can count. I've never actually recorded how many charges I get out of it, but it's at least 5 charges on my iPhone 8. It also reaches a full charge pretty quickly.

This is my first experience with a power brick of any sort. I bought for the main purpose of charging my iPad and iPhone while on the go. The battery takes a very long time to charge but I assume that is simply because it lasts a very long time and stores a lot of power. I’ve charged fully one day and carried for a week without use and the battery still had full juice.

Won’t find a better charger .. I have two now we’ll one is for my awesome wife . But they work great , this things will charge a phone 3-6 times super quick .. I charge mine once a week and charge my phone and headphones daily and often a coworkers phone durning that week .
I will add this we are from Nc My wife is a nurse who often has the wake up long before we do 4- 430. In the most recent hurricane hit losing power was a major ordeal for her. Me traveling a lot for work not being there was kind of a headache for past storms .. we were splitting the use of one charger till I saw the path this storm was gonna take . We new power would be out and could be out for days... one simple cheap solution solved a major issue that’s stress was well on its way to compounding that issue. The solution was this charger , we knew no matter what that she would have power for at least 3 days for her phone and anything else that can run off a usb outlet witch these days can be a light the phone laptop and so on .... can’t say enough good things about it . If you buy a diff brand it it works this well and last yrs I want to see you post right on here so I know about it .

Pretty disappointed. It hasn't even been 6 months, and one of the ports don't charge anymore. TBH, after doing some review reading, I was excited about this charger. I bought one for myself and one for my friend. I'm not sure how his is doing or how often he uses it (I don't think that should matter regarding the ports, I can understand if the battery dies over time....hopefully not a short amount of time). I usually use it over the weekends, and took it on another weekend trip to find my self short a charging port. Definitely annoyed!

Bought this before going on an overseas business trip. Was 75% charged when it came in so I plugged it in to charge overnight before my trip. It still showed only 75% the next morning before my flight but figured it would get me through the flight. It did get me through but would not completely charge during my trip. It would only charge to 25% during my trip. I figured it was because I was overseas and maybe the outlets weren't outputting what it needed to properly recharge. Long story short, got back stateside and it still will not charge completely and continues to charge to only 25% even after sitting plugged in for over 2 days. Unfortunately, I returned after I was able to return for a refund.

Bought this as a Christmas present to myself last year. Great battery! Fast charging time for my Galaxy S8, great life, and relatively small. Inexplicably, the 'fast charge' stopped working in mid-January, right as the 30-day return period was up. I called Upsarg Power Bank and they could not have done a better job. After I explained to them that, because of lack of a car, I couldn't easily make it out to ship it in any reasonable amount of time, they really came through. They worked with me to find a way to get me a replacement very quickly. It's now mid-March and working great. 5 stars for the battery. 5 1/2 stars for their customer service.

You know when you only have 1 car charging port, or just 2 but it doesn't give enough power to really charge your laptop or phone? Well this guy will have you covered for a long period of time, I tested it on my S10 which was at 50%, plugged it into the power bank, and it tells me roughly an hour and a half till 100%. Now that's quite a long time, so it's not a fast charging power bank, however it is a pretty large power bank, so it'll keep you charged through an entire day if you so need it. It is a slim design which makes travelling with it much easier, though there really isn't a great place to keep it on you other than a fanny pack, backpack or some kind of pack, if you had cargo pants, then your problem is solved. It does what it is designed to be, a power bank, to store a large amount of power for future use, in which case it does just that. Some of the other designs that Upsarg Power Bank has can provide a faster charging capability, but it won't beat a wall port adaptive fast charger for my S10 which would charge my phone up from 50% in or around 55 minutes. Not too extremely off from an hour and 20 minutes on the power bank, but the other designs can provide a much better faster charging ability than this one. Take the comparisons below the product page as a reference to be able to pick one to your needs!
