I like the product for someone who’s aways on there phone I don’t aways wanna plug it into a wall and wait hours I just wish I could charge two things at once and the little book says to charge it full like every 4 months but I fell that’s a little impossible I fell I have to charge it every other day or so just cause I like it being at 100% just a bar down stresses me out 🙄 but I love the product I use it daily plan on ordering more

Then for whatever reason at about 12 month, the battery would not fully charge. There is 4 bars of light, and my battery never charged to the 4th bar. We tried different outlet, cables, and all sorts of tricks and still can not get it to charge fully. At this point, I was really disappointed, because I love this battery and I don't go any where far without it. I went back to Amazon and see if I need to get another one, and I am reading all the reviews. All the reviews had said how great the customer services is, so I guess I was going to contact them since my battery was still under warranty.

fter reading all the good reviews of this power bank I felt confident in ordering for keeping my old Pixel charged. It didn't disappoint. My wife and I are outside, away from a charging source, for several hours out of the day. We both could keep our phones connected and fully charged with no issues.
Unfortunately, just past Amazon's return window, the power bank suddenly wouldn't take a charge. I too read about Upsarg 's manufacturers warranty and outstanding customer service. It was all true. A simple email to Upsarg describing the issue and I had a replacement bank in my hands 3 days later.
Not only is the product everything they say, their customer service is supurb. If you're considering a purchase, buy with confidence. These guys stand by their products

Love this. I can recharge my phone over and over. I especially like that it automatically turns off when done charging so I don't over charge the battery in my phone. Likewise, the recharger itself turns off when it's charged which is good since I usually plug it in and leave it to recharge over night. (It takes awhile to go from dead to fully charged) I like the little bag it comes in. My only complaint is that slide clamp on the bag that tightens the draw string broke after only a couple uses so now it doesn't stay in the little bag when I drop it in my back pack. Otherwise, great product

Holds a charge when not used for months, will run the iphone or my zenfone from empty to a full charge over ten times. Does charge (input) slowly! Plan on hooking it up overnight to recharge. The included carry case and cord are also quality and have kept the charger looking like new for almost two years of being carried around a construction site. Has been charged and emptied over 50 times (which takes a while with this capacity) and doesn't seem to have lost any capacity or output charge speed.

Good packaging upon arrival. It was half fully charged. I purchased theUpsarg charging port so I can plug it into a wall instead of rely on my computer to charge this battery. Used it today to charge my Samsung Galaxy S6 from 10% to 100% -- this took about 3 hours for a full charge for my phone. Battery does not overheat, my phone did not overheat. I purchased this portable charger because I travel quite a bit for work and would need a reliable source of power when I'm stuck somewhere like the airport. I was unprepared, however, for the weight of this battery. It is heavy, but that is to be expected for something that gives 5K mAh. For me, I traded a bit of the portability (weight) for capacity and also of course, quality. This is my firstUpsarg product. I highly recommend this portable battery (if you don't mind the weight) and theUpsarg brand in general.

I have had this charger for a couple of years now and it is still going strong. Reading reviews I dont understand how people have had bad experiences with this charger. We have had 2 of them(husband lost his somewhere) It holds the charge even after you leave it sit for months not being used. No complaints here. Love this charger!
I would recommendUpsarg chargers to anyone who asks me about portable chargers. In fact I let my mom borrow it for the weekend and she wants it now. I just purchased the larger one for myself and let her keep that one.

Okay, I am glad I find this product because it is a greatest product I've really owned. So do the people who have taken the ones I've ordered one originally. It holds a powerful charge that you can use to charge your phone, tablet or ant other device several times over. I have a Samsung J7 and I can charge my phone up to 5 times before I have to recharge the powerbank. It's sturdy and very durable, I've dropped mine a few times and it still worked afterwards. It's not that heavy so you can put it in your pocket and forget it's there and you can charge two devices at once. If you but any charging device this one should be the one, otherwise your wasting your money.

Like many others buying power banks, I ordered this item to play with pokemon go. The first thing you'll notice is it is very heavy! but at 5000 mAh that is not suprising at all. It does come with a padded case which actually helps quite a bit if you keep it in your pocket. It projects from rubbing against your leg and causing discomfort. The supplied microUSB cable is very small so expect to use your own. I charged it overnight with my fiance's moto-x pure fast charger and it was full by morning. A second time i charged it using a cheap 3rd party cable overnight and it did not finish so be aware of the quality of cables when charging! I am using this to charge my oneplus 3 and while playing pokemon this will actually increase my battery percentage. Anker has yet to let me down with any of their products! I highly suggest this for a high capacity power bank!

I love this thing. I have had other chargers but none worked as well as this one. I just took it to Europe, kept it in my purse all the time, and used it to re-charge my Android phone almost every day. Since I have no sense of direction I rely on Google Maps to display walking routes and tell me which stop to get off the bus. I found I could discretely and easily hitch this charger to my phone without having to take the charger or the phone out of my purse. What amazed me was how it quickly it would re-charge my nearly-dead phone. It re-charged much faster than plugging the phone into an outlet. And the charger itself never needed re-charging during the two weeks I was traveling.

A little on the heavy side but definitely is worth it, can repeatedly recharge my phone and devices and this power bank barely loses its charge. Has saved my from a dead phone on every trip I take and I never leave for a trip without it now. Great product, wish it were a little lighter but it is still manageable and portable.
